I highly recommend Home Physio and Rehab ltd. My physiotherapist was incredibly knowledgeable, listened to my concerns, and developed a practical recovery plan that worked for me. I needed physio after I broke my arm (radial head) and was unable to straighten or bend my arm. My shoulder also stiffened so I had very limited movement and a lot of pain. The tailored exercises and hands-on treatment massively improved my range of movement and got me back to work and swimming pain free. Friendly staff and excellent care!

I can’t thank the team enough for their incredible support after my father’s stroke. When he came home, he could barely manage the transfer from bed to chair, which was terrifying for us.
