I hold an MSc in Musculoskeletal Management from the University of Central Lancashire and am committed to delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care. I currently practise as a physiotherapist in the UK, providing assessment and evidence-based treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopaedic, sports-related, post-operative conditions, paediatric and geriatric conditions. My clinical experience spans both the UK and India, including private hospitals and outpatient physiotherapy clinics, where I have managed patients across diverse age groups and clinical presentations. I place great emphasis on patient education, self-management strategies, posture and ergonomic advice, injury prevention and collaborative goal setting to help patients achieve sustainable, long-term outcomes and return confidently to their daily activities.
