1. Services

Home Physio & Rehab Ltd. provides physiotherapy services including:

  • Home visits
  • Remote consultations
  • Diagnosis and rehabilitation planning

2. Therapist Structure

All physiotherapists are self-employed independent contractors.

They are responsible for:

  • Their professional conduct
  • Clinical decisions
  • Maintaining valid professional indemnity insurance

3. Booking & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule where necessary
  • Assign an appropriate therapist

4. Payments

Payments are made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within short notice may incur a 50% charge
  • No-shows may be charged in full

6. Medical Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care.

If you experience a medical emergency, contact NHS 111 or emergency services immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for outcomes resulting from:

  • Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the patient
  • Failure to follow treatment advice
  • Pre-existing or undisclosed conditions

Liability for clinical treatment rests with the treating physiotherapist.

9. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
