Physiotherapy Services in Loddon
We run the service from Harrow in north-west London; there is no Loddon premises to walk into. Sessions take place in your own home, and the clinician assigned to you may be travelling in from elsewhere. We can only confirm a visit once we know your full postcode and which therapists are free when you get in touch.
Loddon is a small market town in south Norfolk, set at the point where the River Chet becomes navigable. Its staithe, where Broads boats moor up, faces Chedgrave on the opposite bank.
The staithe area is flat and popular with visitors in summer. Walking down to watch the boats is a good early goal for people living near the centre.
Holy Trinity church, a large flint building, stands above the town with a wide churchyard. Paths there are level enough for gentle practice with a walking aid.
The High Street and Church Plain have shops and cafes on mostly level ground. Short trips to buy essentials help people rebuild independence after surgery.
The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and the James Paget in Gorleston handle most surgery. We continue the plan once you are back home in Loddon.
Homes range from old cottages near the river to bungalows and newer estates. Bungalows suit early recovery well, but bathroom access still needs careful thought.
Chedgrave, across the bridge, has its own shops and riverside paths. Crossing between the two villages is a practical walking route as strength improves.
Hales and Heckingham lie to the south-east, with scattered houses along the main road. Pavements are limited, so outdoor work often begins in gardens.
Thurlton, Mundham and Seething are farming villages with quiet lanes. Many people there rely on cars, so we focus on getting in and out comfortably.

Expert assessment and treatment of muscle, joint, bone and soft tissue (MSK) conditions at home.
