Physiotherapy Services in Lossiemouth
We run the service from Harrow in north-west London; there is no Lossiemouth premises to walk into. Sessions take place in your own home, and the clinician assigned to you may be travelling in from elsewhere. We can only confirm a visit once we know your full postcode and which therapists are free when you get in touch.
Lossiemouth sits on the Moray coast where the River Lossie meets the sea. It grew from a fishing harbour and is now known for its beaches, golf links and the nearby RAF station.
East Beach is reached by a footbridge over the river mouth, leading to a long stretch of sand and dunes. The bridge is level, but the sand beyond is soft and tiring.
West Beach runs towards Covesea lighthouse, with firmer sand at low tide. Walking part of it is a popular target once strength and stamina have improved.
The harbour and marina are surrounded by level paths and the fisheries museum. These give a flat, sheltered route for early outdoor practice.
Dr Gray's Hospital in Elgin handles most surgery for Moray, with some specialist care in Aberdeen. We continue rehabilitation once you return home.
Houses in Branderburgh and Seatown include fishermen's cottages and Victorian villas. Many have narrow stairs and a raised doorstep, both of which we practise early.
Covesea, to the west, has the lighthouse and caves along the shore. Its paths are uneven, so we keep them for later stages of recovery.
Kinneddar and Drainie lie inland near the air base. Many families here have shift patterns, so we try to schedule visits when support is available.
Duffus, a village to the south, sits among farmland. Quiet lanes there suit steady walking once confidence outdoors has built up.

Expert assessment and treatment of muscle, joint, bone and soft tissue (MSK) conditions at home.

Helping active people recover from sports injuries and safely return to sport and performance.

Rehabilitation of bones, joints, muscles and ligaments following injury, surgery or degenerative change.
