We run the service from Harrow in north-west London; there is no Tenby premises to walk into. Sessions take place in your own home, and the clinician assigned to you may be travelling in from elsewhere. We can only confirm a visit once we know your full postcode and which therapists are free when you get in touch.
Tenby is a seaside town in south Pembrokeshire, set on a rocky headland between two long sandy beaches. Its medieval walls still enclose much of the old town.
The Five Arches, a gateway in the town walls, leads into narrow streets of shops and cafes. Inside the walls the ground is fairly level, which helps with walking practice.
Pastel-coloured houses rise above the harbour, one of the most photographed views in Wales. Steep slipways and steps lead down to the water.
Castle Hill, on the headland, has the ruins of the castle and a memorial to Prince Albert. Its paths give views of Caldey Island, home to a community of monks.
Most surgery for this area is carried out at Withybush Hospital in Haverfordwest or Glangwili in Carmarthen. We visit you at home in Tenby once you are discharged.
Many homes are tall Georgian and Victorian houses with long staircases. We practise these carefully so you can reach every floor safely.
The Tudor Merchant's House, owned by the National Trust, gives a glimpse of life five centuries ago. Its narrow stairs are typical of older town houses.
Penally, to the south-west, is a village near the South Beach dunes. Lydstep and Manorbier lie further along the coast.
Saundersfoot, to the north, has a harbour and a level seafront. New Hedges, between the two towns, is mainly residential.
St Florence lies inland among fields, with old cottages and round Flemish chimneys. Clients there often start with practice at home.

Specialist home-based rehabilitation to improve movement, strength, balance and independence for people living with neurological conditions.

Helping older adults maintain mobility, strength and independence safely at home.

Safe, structured recovery after surgery to restore strength, mobility and function at home.
