We run the service from Harrow in north-west London; there is no Littlehampton premises to walk into. Sessions take place in your own home, and the clinician assigned to you may be travelling in from elsewhere. We can only confirm a visit once we know your full postcode and which therapists are free when you get in touch.
Littlehampton is a seaside town in the Arun district of West Sussex, at the mouth of the River Arun. It has a long sandy East Beach, a promenade, and West Beach, where sand dunes form a local nature reserve.
The Longest Bench, a sculptural seat winding along the promenade, and the East Beach Café, with its distinctive shell-like design, are local landmarks. Harbour Park and Mewsbrook Park, with its boating lake, are popular with families.
The riverside walk along the Arun, the town centre and the High Street provide flat routes, and the seafront is ideal for gradually building up walking.
Homes include Victorian terraces, inter-war houses, many bungalows and newer estates in Wick and Courtwick. Retirement flats are common close to the seafront.
NHS Sussex Integrated Care Board commissions care. Littlehampton patients are usually treated at Worthing Hospital or St Richard's in Chichester, and we provide private physiotherapy at home after discharge.
Littlehampton station has trains to Brighton and London. Goals include walking along the promenade, sitting on the Longest Bench or visiting the town centre.
The Look and Sea centre on the riverside, the Thursday market in the High Street and the Norfolk Gardens near the seafront are other well-used stops, and the footbridge over the Arun leads to quieter walks towards Climping beach. The East Beach promenade and the long wooden bench near the harbour mouth give a level seaside walk with plenty of resting points along the way.

Reducing the risk of falls and improving safe, confident movement at home and in the community.

Assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor to support bladder, bowel and core function.

Supporting people living with or recovering from cancer to rebuild strength and quality of life.
