We can only confirm a visit once we know your full postcode and which therapists are free when you get in touch.
Wymondham is a historic market town in South Norfolk, south-west of Norwich. Its skyline is dominated by the twin towers of Wymondham Abbey, a medieval priory church set among meadows by the River Tiffey.
The timber-framed Market Cross, rebuilt in 1617 after a great fire, stands at the centre of the town. Wymondham is also remembered as the home of Robert Kett, who led Kett's Rebellion in 1549.
The Mid-Norfolk Railway runs heritage trains from Wymondham Abbey station, while the main station on the Norwich to Cambridge line serves daily journeys. The Tiffey Valley paths are flat and well suited to building up walking.
Homes range from older properties in the narrow streets around the centre to large modern estates on the edges of town. Bungalows are common, though many newer houses have stairs.
Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board organises NHS care locally. Residents usually attend the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, a short drive away, and we provide private sessions at home following discharge.
Popular goals include walking to the Market Cross, visiting the abbey grounds or getting confident on the train into Norwich.
Wymondham Leisure Centre, the weekly Friday market and the Kett's Park area are other regular destinations, and the walk from the station up Station Road to the abbey makes a gentle, measurable route for checking progress.

Rehabilitation of bones, joints, muscles and ligaments following injury, surgery or degenerative change.
