We run the service from Harrow in north-west London; there is no Attleborough premises to walk into. We can only confirm a visit once we know your full postcode and which therapists are free when you get in touch.
Attleborough is a growing market town in the Breckland district of Norfolk, between Norwich and Thetford. The A11 now bypasses the centre, leaving the old streets around Queen's Square quieter and easier to walk.
St Mary's church holds one of the finest medieval rood screens in Norfolk, painted with saints and coats of arms. It draws visitors from far and wide, and the churchyard offers a peaceful spot to sit during a walk.
For many years the town was home to the Gaymer's cider works, which employed a large share of local people until it closed in the 1990s. Former workers and their families still make up part of the community today.
Attleborough has expanded rapidly, with large new estates being built around its edges. Alongside older terraces near the centre, these modern homes often have stairs and compact rooms, so we tailor sessions to each layout.
Attleborough is covered by NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board. Patients from the town are usually admitted to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital, and we can support their recovery privately at home after discharge.
The station on the Breckland Line links Attleborough with Norwich and Cambridge. Typical goals include walking to the shops on Exchange Street, catching the train or getting back to community clubs at the Connaught Hall.
Villages such as Besthorpe and Great Ellingham are close by, while Old Buckenham has one of the largest village greens in England, a good place for gentle walking practice once confidence returns.
Further out, Rockland St Peter, Morley and Snetterton are more rural, so we often focus on car transfers and safe walking on uneven ground before tackling longer routes.

Reducing the risk of falls and improving safe, confident movement at home and in the community.

Assessment and treatment of the pelvic floor to support bladder, bowel and core function.

Supporting people living with or recovering from cancer to rebuild strength and quality of life.
